A new look website to showcase emerging creative talent

We designed and built a new website for illustration blog Inkygoodness, to help better showcase new and emerging creative talent

Inkygoodness started out as a collective of established and emerging illustrators, coming together to curate exhibitions and events in galleries across the UK and further afield, it is now a platform for showcasing new and emerging creative talent.

Founded in 2010, Inkygoodness has since established itself as a popular art and culture platform and online resource, championing contemporary graphic art and illustration with an engaged global audience of 50k, made up of design students, creative graduates and young professionals.

We were brought onboard to breath new life into the design of the website and reorganise the sites content.

With a dynamic homepage that showcases the latest work on the site, we’ve also constructed posts to be super flexible, allowing Inkgoodness to add all different types of content including image galleries, video, pull quotes and captions.

Built using WordPress CMS, we built in bespoke functionality such as a ‘My Library’ area, that allows users to bookmark content on the site without the need to create a login.

It’s been absolutely fantastic working with the team at Fiasco Design. They’ve brought energy and bright ideas to the project. The result is a website that we’re all really proud of and that gives us a great platform for the future.Lisa Hassell, Founder of Inkygoodness
